[bug-mailutils] rpaths

Hi,

I've noticed there's a --disable-rpath configure option, but it's not
used anywhere apparently. There is also this in libmu_scm:

libmu_scm_la_LDFLAGS = -rpath $(libdir) -version-info 0:0:0

and it is apparently adding rpaths to a few binaries in my Debian
packages. Declaring rpaths is against the Debian policy, so I should
be removing them. Can we make this configurable? Is it safe for me, for
now, to remove this flag?
