Sergey:

I have been successful at the "popread" sample using the latest version
of the library.

I have also been successful at the "send.c" example by making little
changes to your
example so that it sends a message with a body but no attachment.

Although I have not tested it yet, I am sure the the
"message_create_attachment" function works fine also.
