Thanks a lot. According to the config.log:

mu_cv_enable_imap=no
mu_cv_enable_mh=no
mu_cv_enable_pop=no

i.e. imap, mh and pop are not built. Do you see any of these
subsystems built? Please notice that --disable-imap has nothing to do
with imap4d server. Whether or not --disable-imap is given, imap4d will
always be built.  The same applies to --disable-pop. Both switches control
whether the support for a certain protocol in libmailbox is built.

To test for the presense of imap support run

        mail -f imap://some_host_name

If it responds `no registered handler', then imap support is not built.
