I've been on the side where I've wanted to send a private message to
someone - I expect reply-to's to be correct for the recipient. The
message that went out to the list wasn't highly embarrasing, but it
could've been.
Mailman provides all the correct headers, and most modern apps support
some form of 'list-reply' option that also supports all of the
X-Followups-to: headers. (You're not running MS Exchage, are you? *g*)
