Must macros in m4 be GPL or LGPL ?

Hello,

I'm not sure, but it's maybe better to have the macros in the directory
m4 be LGPL licensed, as they are used for making the mailutils
libraries. At lease, change from GPL to LGPL for m4/guile.m4 and
m4/mu_libobj.m4.
