record option / sending mail

Hi,

I am using mail as contained in mailutils-0.1. I have a record option
in my .mailrc, but if I send mail via
  mail address@hidden
(from the unix prompt, not from the mail prompt), the outgoing message
is not appended to my outgoing file.

When sending a new mail from the mail prompt (e.g. via "m" or "r"),
then everything is ok.
