mailutils imap4d 20020713 problems

Hi,

I just replaced my mailutils-imap4d with the newest version (thanks
Jeff!) and things broke severily.

natura:~# imap4d 
* OK IMAP4rev1 GNU mailutils 0.0.9d

65555:address@hidden:~$ telnet natura imap
Trying 3ffe:1200:3028:8120::1...
Trying 192.168.1.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

It just doesn't bind the port, it seems.

This seems to be another,  unrelated problem:

natura:~# imap4d --help |grep daemon
GNU imap4d -- the IMAP4D daemon
  -d, --daemon[=NUMBER]      Runs in daemon mode with a maximum of NUMBER
natura:~# imap4d -d                 
imap4d: -d: (PROGRAM ERROR) Option should have been recognized!?
natura:~# imap4d --daemon
imap4d: --daemon: (PROGRAM ERROR) Option should have been recognized!?
natura:~# imap4d -p143
imap4d: -p: (PROGRAM ERROR) Option should have been recognized!?

It looks like it's pretty broken :(
