FYI - I'll test the mutt and imap4d combo, but I don't have a good NFS
setup. Any takers? =)

1.3.28-2. Also, I've noted that the mailutils-imap4d server seems
to have difficulty dealing with mailboxes stored in user home
directories over NFS -- at least, I can't see anything obvious that
I've done wrong, but if I set mutt to write to those directories via
IMAP, it fails to FCC sent mails with the error that it could not open
the mailbox for append -- even if I set ~/mail to 777 and the
sent-mail to 666. Setting it to write directly to ~/mail/sent-mail
seems to work, though.
