can $(imap4d_LDADD) be added to imap4d_DEPENDENCIES?

If LDADD and DEPENDENCIES really are different, I don't think its bad to
have both. I changed it because I thought the DEPENDENCIES was alwasy
the same as LDADD, minus libmailutils.a and a few other things.
