imap4d - feature request :-)

Norbert actually works with me, funny to see his email address!

Anyhow, he wanted to use imap4d because he needed something to
run from inetd, that supporte maildir, and specifically supported
MTAs that spool user's mail in a maildir in their home directory.

So... I added that as a TODO. I think he found one other that
could maybe do that, but it only ran as a multiprocess server,
which he regarded as overkill, and had a setup that was more
complex than he was willing to approach.
