It seems like the Makefiles for automake-1.5 run on automake-1.4 fine,
so I don't think we need to specify (Just be aware of it for now).
Alain mentioned that the latest libtool doesn't support QNX yet, so we
cannot upgrade to the most recent autoconf. So autoconf < 2.5 seems
to be correct for now.
