Third round. I made the necessary changes so that people still using
the obsoleted /cvs CVSROOT are able to do an anonymous checkout.

        I just tried

        cvs -d :pserver:address@hidden:/cvs co mailutils

and it works. It should also work for all the projects that may
need this :

adhoc
adns
autoconf
bayonne
bison
cgicc
checker
classpath
commoncpp
config
cons
cvs-utils
dld
emacs
figure
findutils
gfe
ghostscript
global
gnubg
gnue
gnulist
gnuts
grep
grub
guile
hello
hydrant
idutils
inetutils
javadeps
latex-manual
libc
libtool
m4
mailutils
make
mifluz
miscfiles
oleo
paperclips
perljvm
pspp
radar
radius
realestate
robots
sauce
sweater
url
userv
vcdimager
w3

Sorry for the trouble. I should *really* urge everyone to switch
to /cvsroot/project instead of /cvs.
