Oh! yes indeed! I did not react because I thought he(Sam) committed the
changes for TODO. Yes, the TODO file reflects the very old API, where some
code is still visible in the obsolete libmailbox/ directory.
We have gone past this long ago and libmailbox is no longer part of the
SUBDIRS in the top level Makefile.am(i.e. not distributed).
Yes, please commit you changes on TODO.
