Guile extension to mailutils.

Bonjour,

I'd like to add a guile interface to mailutils. Currently I have
prepared a library of basic primitives to access mailboxes from
guile (libmu_scm.a) and an `autoreply' program, which is basically
an auto-responder to mail messages. `autoreply' allows user to expand
its functionality supplying custom guile functions for handling
messages. Do you mind if I commit these two directories to the
project?

By the way, there is also another possible use of this interface:
it can be used to provide custom extensions for sieve
language (Sam?) ...
