Bonjour

a) At startup there is blurb about the FSF (C) etc ..
it says to type "wa[rranty]" and "copying" for more info.
"wa[rranty]" is done but no "copying".  Was there
suppose to be a "copying" command?  .. Sergey?

b) stdout and ofile seems to be use interchangeably
can we settle for ofile?

c) I would advocate to reduce the amount of FSF blurb
on startup for just the "ve[rsion]" and an indication
to use "wa[rranty]", "copying" and "bug" for more info.

d) util_getline() just rely on getenv("LINES") was there
a reason to not cal ioctl(TIOCGWINSZ, ..)? ... sparky?
