Ok.

This is a draft, and have only work on defining the POP3 C API.

So the idea is to expose the "internals"; simple(?) C API for
the protocols (POP3 IMAP4 NNTP MH etc ...)  and build the framework
(folder_t mailbox_t message_t etc ...) on top of it.

This is a departure from the current implementation altough
the framework is interessing with the idea of using URL as the
glue mechanism.  Somethings just do not map well on top it and
it is impossible to be everything for all purposes.  Exposing
the low level calls will help fill the gap.

I will commit during the week.
