(mailutils) libtool

Bonjour

  Somebody familliar with libtool can tell me is this can be done
portably?

I want to:

- break the libmailbox.so is multilple libs:
  libmailbox.so, libpop.so, libimap.so, libsmtp.so libsendmail.so, libmbox.so 

But that's not a problem .. I think.

but also configure, the pop server and the imap server to compile
always staticaly, whether or not they configure:

./configure --enable-shared
./configure --disable-shared
