It's the first draft, I was not sure if I wanted to bring,
dlopen()/dlsym() code in the library, since it is not portable.
The idea is to define the interfaces and use them like components later.
This can let clients load new components say imap.so and unload etc...
But I did not have time to really clean things up, to many things on
my plate, if I want to get mailutils out.
