Shaleh wanted to go the same route.  Javadoc and the likes make nice html(sgml)
reference pages that can seem(at first glance) easy to maintain.
But IMHO, they don't provide quality documentation in the tutorial sense.
If someone has the time to change the framework for this, I will
follow the rule.

Already exist a pool of those tools(literate progrmming).  Some
clone javadoc some other have other special markups.
