Yes, you have a good point.
I've been receiving some emails saying I should restart ChangeLog,
it was done.

I did not wish to go public at the beginning, since too many cooks
will only bring chaos.

Jeff,(think is in California) is planning to move the rep/dist to some new
site (Sourceforge ?) I do not remember, which should provide a homepage.
He will have to comment.
