I use xfmail at home and mutt at work.  Neither of them speak MH properly, so i
constantly have to mark mail read, sent, etc in both.  Same thing happens here.

pine knows to hide the internal mail message, XFMAIL does not.  mutt did not
always do it either.  Basically, if a program uses our lib it will work. 
Otherwise it will fail.
