Bonjour

I've put in some code to support IMAP4(Not the server, imap4d).
I'm a bit suprise to see things ... actually working 8-)

So doing

MAIL=/var/mail/alain ./from
MAIL=pop://address@hidden ./from
MAIL=imap://address@hidden ./from

Gave the right result.

What was really suprising was to see the begining of code, that
Jakob started for mailx(mailutils/mail), actually working without
changing anything.

MAIL=/var/mail/alain ./mail
MAIL=pop://address@hidden ./mail
MAIL=imap://address@hidden ./mail

It is still work in progress and fragile, but encouraging.
I did not realize that handling mail was such a big
project (Mime, encoding, different protocols, searching, querying, etc ...)
