However, you did not list any details about the two actual failures, or
what platform you are running this on.  My guess is that test-fseek and
test-ftell failed; these are known failures on older platforms where
ungetc() doesn't obey the POSIX standard, and where no one has taken the
time to contribute a port to gnulib to work around these platform bugs.
Fortunately, the fact that you got to the gnulib portion of the testsuite
means that the m4 portion passed; m4 does not use ungetc() in the manner
that tickles these platform bugs, so there is nothing wrong with your
built m4 image, and you can proceed to install it in spite of those two
failures.
