Thank you for response, have  he
 put it in mingw.sourceforge.net?(http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/mingw/m4-1.4.7-MSYS.tar.bz2?download) I have test that version (m4-1.4.7), it occur error as my built version.

I can compile m4-1.4.8 in mingw, but it can't be used in mingw.

This my compile steps:

./configure --prefix=/usr CFLAGS=-O2
make 
make install
