Subject: 0x0d problems
Hello GNU People,
I have experienced a problem with the DOS version of m4 v1.4. If a macro
contains two or more successive 0x0d characters, m4 strips all of them from
the macros output. This bug does not occur on the Linux (Mandrake 7.0,
kernel 2.2.14-15mdk) version of m4 v1.4. To assist you I have attached an
m4 script and two output files, one of which is from the DOS version and the
other from the Linux version.
I would be grateful if you could inform me of any progress that you make.
Many thanks,
Dan.
