Fine. I should just upgrade. With 2.2.0 the ottava bracket starts and
ends before the second line. Left side of the page in the margin. Very
odd looking. I assume I am doing nothing wrong. I'll send a pdf if you
like, but if it is "fixed," it may not be worth it. Thanks.
