Not a bug in Lilypond per se, but in its web page:
http://www.lilypond.org/web/about/faq.html has
<h3>How can I thank you for LilyPond?</h2>
which causes everything past that point to be in large bold text on my
browser, which is a visually jarring effect. Please correct the
closing tag to be </h3> rather than </h2>.
