Nice!
If you really feel like optimizing the accidental positioning I would 
suggest to put accidentals for shifted notes after accidentals for 
non-shifted notes to normalize the distance between the accidental and 
the note to which it belongs. (Well, I can see that there would be a 
problem if one has the same note in different octaves and one of them 
(but not the other) is shifted)
