Two bugs in 1.5.37

The following example illustrates two bugs in 1.5.37:

- No time signature is printed at the beginning of the 
  piece (see also input/test/time.ly).

- The first grace notes are completely mistreated.
  As soon as you remove the \repeat statement it looks
  OK, though.
