Today, when using the same binary that didn't work yesterday, lily compiles
that invention perfectly, so the debugging will have to wait until I have
found another example it doesn't compile well.
The only thing that might have changed since yesterday is that I installed a
kpathsea related package (I think it was Debian's libkpathsea-dev
1.0.7+20011202-3.1) while trying to compile Lily.
BTW, lily 1.4.10 didn't compile correctly (neither does 1.4.11), the default
names of the bison output files do not seem to be well-defined. Worked after
applying the diff from Debian though.
