[bug-libunistring] Regarding License file in libunistring 0.9.10

Hello, 
I'm JinWang An who is in charge of "Base open source in Tizen platfom".

Nowadays, I tried to update libunisting to 0.9.10. And I read that license is 
changed to LGPL-3.0+ or GPL-2.0 in 0.9.10. logs 
(https://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=libunistring.git;a=commit;h=5705307b89e16446a0801fa73524593b3f1157b5)

But I have checked that the license file still had not changed.

When will you change the license file?
After you commit or patch in the repository, I'll update it to tizen platform.
