Hi Bob, * Bob Friesenhahn wrote on Thu, Nov 12, 2009 at 07:29:53PM CET:I just noticed something interesting while installing GraphicsMagick. GraphicsMagick was configured with --enable-ltdl-install so that it installed libltdl. After doing 'make install' and 'make uninstall', a 'make install' fails with this error:Do I assume correctly that, at the time this build tree was configured, there was a prior libltdl installation found below /usr/local?
Yes, that is a correct assumption. While it is correct behavior, it may be a surprise that doing 'make uninstall' also uninstalls libltdl if it was installed by the build.
