Msys bash simply don't work. I post a issue (before 6-8 months) in mingw-user list. As I understand problem is in rxvt code. Later Charles commit patches that switch libtool to binary wrapper (on mingw, cygwin) and this resolve cross-compilation problems. Also shell(ash) from pw32 may be work. Prompt in emulated is not visible, simple scripts shell run fine, but last release is from 2001. Too bad.
