Confirmed.  Well, that sucks.

Looks like we should produce a new Libtool tarball soonish, that doesn't
have these flaws.  :-/

Thanks for the bug report.

  rm -f aclocal.m4 libltdl/aclocal.m4
  ./bootstrap

should get things working again, hopefully.
