This special 5-day program combines our Marine Custody Transfer,

Claims and Recovery courses into one specially-priced, "hands-on" program. It takes the participants through the
fundamentals of measurement and all the activities that take place relating to
marine custody transfer at a busy terminal. It reviews the complex and inter-related
areas of marine custody transfer operations, oil measurement / quantification
and loss evaluation / control from both a ship and shore perspective. It details the various industry
standards and practices, and how best to obtain accurate oil measurements and
reduce exposure to loss. Shows how to best find and use the measurement data
needed to determine if an oil loss has occurred, allocate responsibility for it
and to proceed to recover it and / or prevent it from occurring again. Reviews various technologies, methods
