even though nothing failed for me during testing... Thanks. Applied.
Furthermore, the comment regarding ltmain.sh being in the source tree
at
the definition of _LT_PROG_LTMAIN in m4/libtool.m4 needs updating
(probably the code in the definition could be simplified as well), it's
around line 210.
