Libtool bug on QNX

When compiling the new teTeX beta on QNX 6.2.1, an error is generated from
the libtool script.

It turns out that QNX's od (actually a link to "hd") does not accept the
format shorthand option "-x".

It requires the full form -t x (2 bytes is the default).
