[Bug-libmatheval] CVS version

Hi Alex,
I tried to use CVS method to compile libmatheval. However, I was unable
to obtain the ./configure script using the standard
aclocal-automake-autoconf series of command... I did not investigate
the matter too much since I think there's an easy solution: can you
please post the sequence of commands you use (maybe you can think about
putting it on the website or include a script "./autogen.sh" in the CVS
repository that calls the right sequence of autotools with the right
options)
