[Bug-jwhois] jwhois is broken for .ES ccTLD

Hi there,

As you know, the .ES ccTLD does not provide a WHOIS server, and looks like the fallback web-based method you have in place is now broken, because of their changes. Thought I better report it.

Here's a repro:
