[bug-inetutils] seeing some issue in telnetd

​Hi,
I am using telnetd, there I am seeing fcnt64(/var/run/utmp is failing ) which internally causing delay in login to the machine..

I have checked the file utmp file, but this file is fine.
can you please help me to check this issue further?
