So far I have changes to configure itself. I'm a novice at
autoconfigure. Any references as to how to run it? Autoconf?
What version, Cygwin lists about a dozen.
We use autoconf 2.59 and automake 1.11.1; anything later will do too.
The autoconf and automake manuals are a great resource.
If you are having troubles figuring stuff out wrt. configure.ac or
Makefile.am, then just send your Makefile changes and we can look at
them and work out a solution together.
