[bug-inetutils] Present libshishi support.

Hello all,

let me spend a few short words on the present status
of libshishi Kerberos support within Inetutils:

  * rsh/rshd offers verified and functional libshishi
    support for

      GNU/Linux, OpenSolaris, FreeBSD, and NetBSD.

  * telnet/telnetd offers the same for

      GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, and NetBSD.

    On OpenSolaris, the authentication step works
    correctly, but I have not been able to get
    login(1) pick up the credentials in order
    to succeed with autologin.

  * rlogin/rlogind is broken an all systems, as soon as
    libshishi code is used. The file descriptors are
    ranning havoc.

The PAM code can be active also, but since the upstream
module pam_shishi is severly crippled and lacking almost
all functionality, this statement is almost void in content,
since it works with full PAM stack except the expected
libshishi specific part.
