I don't think we have to enforce one style, compare GNU Coreutils which
is spelled 'GNU Coreutils', 'GNU coreutils', 'Coreutils, or 'coreutils'
depending on context.  We could recommend one alternative though, for
sake of having one canonical name.

I see this entry in the ChangeLog:

So maybe we had that discussion around that time.

Btw, README still uses 'InetUtils'.  That should probably be changed.

The former please.  Some of the tools are for local usage (e.g.,
ifconfig, hostname, syslogd, logger) than for wider internet usage.  To
me, 'network' is more general than 'internet' so I'd prefer we use the
most general name possible.
