Re: [bug-inetutils] Tests leave inetd running

   we are experiencing build timeouts that seem to be caused by a
   leftover inetd process after running 'make check'.  The log of a
   build run with VERBOSE=1 is available at

   Any idea what goes wrong here?

The test suite isn't that robust, I'll try and see if I can get
something similar on my machine.  If it is a time out, could you try
attacking gdb to inetd and seeing where it is at?  Have you
experienced these time outs before?  It would be great if you could
pin point a time point where it did work, and where it stopped
working; that way we could check if we have done anything in
inetutils, or if something was changed on your machine that would
cause this behaviour (and ideally fix it!).
