I have changed the InetUtils README-alpha to point at that URL instead
of my http://daily.josefsson.org/inetutils/ page.

(The reason was that I noticed that my build from git sources stopped
working when AM_SILENT_RULES was introduced recently, and I
intentionally want to keep my build machine on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS level so
I don't want to install anything newer on it.)
