Inetutils, like the rest of the GNU project is based on voluenteers,
the best way to help is to simply start using the programs in
question, and see what one dislikes, fix it and send a patch.

Since it is a voluenteer project, we have little time for helping with
such general requests, but if you ask specific questions we will
answer them to our best abilities.
