Hi Bill,

As with all free software projects, most of the initiative must be
done by the contributor.  Please find something that interests you in
the project, work on that and send a patch when you feel you have
something.  The TODO file contains a list of things that we currently
think are important.

By the way, the system that you have been administring for over ten
years is actually the GNU system.  Linux is a kernel that we use with
