Hi Sergey,

Thanks for the reply and the fix.  I'll see what I can do but I'm not
a programmer.  I'm a network guy so I don't really have the capability
to recompile the source although I could probably figure it out.  This
whole issue actually came from a bug we found in testing the latest
version of cygwin.  I'll post your response over there to make them
aware of it.  In the meantime I may see if I can get one of our
developers to recompile ftpd so I can test it.
