Hello folks,

I am Rakesh Pandit and have wish to working on factoring code 'ping
vs ping6 vs libicmp'

Attached is small patch for preventing this Segmentation
fault with ping6 -c option.
May some folks do a peer review?

May I move ping.h libping.c from libicmp to ping as specified here?
and submit necessary
patches? :
