[bug-inetutils] whois/ vs. gwhois/

I'll remove the files in whois/ (since it doesn't compile, and gwhois
has more features) in a few days unless someone has a reason of not
doing so.

Thanks to Debarshi for finding that one (who spent some time
argpifying whois/ before realising that it was dead code).
